Sunshine will continue to provide academic advance and test preparation classes for K-12 in 2024 Fall. While courses are taught interactively online, we are offering much more in-person classes in Fall term.
The classes for Robotics, Art, and Chess are all offered as in-person classes at 16100 NW Cornell Rd. Ste 210.

Sunshine Annual Award Ceremony

We are excited to announce the Sunshine Annual Award Ceremony event, where we will present awards and certificates for all STEM competitions we hosted during the 2023-2024 school year. Additionally, the Presidential Volunteer Service Awards (https://presidentialserviceawards.gov) via Sunshine Youth to Youth Club for the 2023 calendar year will be distributed too. Below is a list of STEM competitions and projects that Sunshine and WVA have supported or hosted:
In addition to the official certificates and medals from these competitions, Sunshine will announce the Sunshine/WVA scholarship awards for the winners. The winners list will be published on the Sunshine website by June 1st.

- WVA MathCounts Team Won Championship in 2024 State MathCounts 05-02-2024
For the third consecutive year, the MathCounts Team from Willamette Valley Academy has secured victory at the 2024 MathCounts State Championship!
Our students had an exhilarating Saturday at the state MathCounts competition. Congratulations to John for clinching victory in the countdown round and securing the fifth position statewide! Additionally, congratulations to Joseph for claiming the third spot and Keshav for an impressive second-place finish!
A special shoutout goes to Coach Manny Norse, who will lead Oregon’s team in the national competition. This opportunity arises from the first-place performance of WVA’s team, comprised of Anika, John, Joseph, and Keshav. Well done to all!

Sunshine Elite is delighted to offer spring break camp. The day camps are specially crafted for elementary and middle school students.
